Internship Training Program Customized for Global Fintech Projects of CLPS- A Success on its 2^nd Year

In recent years, CLPS has accomplished significant business development in global fintech market such as in areas of digital banking and payment innovation. Through the Talent Creation Program (TCP), which has been constantly developed, CLPS is able to meet the demands for qualified talents in the global fintech market.

CLPS has been conducting internship training programs since it started its business, ensuring a sufficient talent supply in the banking, insurance, and consumer electronics industries. In 2019, as CLPS progressively expands its business globally, it launched the “Global Fintech Internship Program” (GFIP), a customized training program that aims to address the uneven talent supply distribution which puts emphasis on employing seasoned talent. But through GFIP, CLPS has balanced the talent supply chain by introducing fresh talents with up-to-date knowledge and skills in fintech industry. This initiative also aims to further advance CLPS’s global expansion strategy.

CLPS has always been placing significant importance on the development of IT talents. It built a training system that mimics the actual IT system in the fintech industry. Within 15 years, CLPS has achieved a well-established Talent Creation Program, wherein it has further improved through the introduction of GFIP. CLPS Academy has customized the training courses based on the demands of the actual project, putting more focus on the information technology, process capability, and effective communication in foreign language.

To ensure that the talents have fully met the qualifications of the global fintech project, all interns who participated in the training were strictly selected. The interns have also received follow-up evaluation and supervision to guarantee that they fully understand the work objectives and to assess if they achieved the training goals. After four weeks of training, majority of the students got outstanding grades and passed the client’s assessment. The interns are scheduled to join their respective team, which serves as a stepping stone for their future career growth in the fintech industry.
