CLPS Incorporation Establishes its North China Region Division

September, 2020- CLPS held an online management meeting to announce the formal establishment of CLPS North China Region (“CLPS NCR”), as well as its organizational structure, management composition, and the responsibility of each department.

Led by Mr. Raymond Lin, Chief Executive Officer of CLPS, Mr. Henry Li, Chief Operating Officer of CLPS, and the business group heads from the Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, India, and other global divisions have participated in the online meeting.

The Company strategically combined its two business group to set up CLPS NCR. As a result, CLPS NCR will cover the new delivery center, operation center, and business development and management in Dalian, Beijing, Tianjin, and Chengdu, as well as the recruitment center in Baoding.

Mr. Henry Li said, “The establishment of CLPS NCR enables us to further optimize the Company’s management structure and to maximize the utilization of our resources. It also advances our management strategy to achieve operational efficiency.”

In the meeting, Ms. Chen Wang, CEO of CLPS NCR, presented the new organizational structure and the personnel arrangement. The heads from major department outlined the duty and responsibility of each respective unit, and expressed their optimism in the future development of CLPS NCR .
