CLPS Incorporation Appoints Jingwei Sun as General Manager of Tianjin Huanyu

CLPS Incorporation (Nasdaq: CLPS) (“CLPS” or “the Company”), has appointed Mr. Jingwei Sun as the General Manager of Tianjin Huanyu Qinshang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Tianjin Huanyu”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLPS. He will be reporting directly to the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Sun holds Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and in Business Administration. With more than 10 years of working experience in electronic banking and internet finance industries, he has accumulated proficiency in fintech business model, its laws and regulations, and technical framework. Upon assuming his new position, he will be responsible for strategic coordination of business expansion and partnership development for all CLPS business groups and units.
