CLPS Incorporation and Lujiazui Financial City Collaborate to Establish Lujiazui Fintech Talent Training Center
The Lujiazui FinTech Talents Training Center (the “Center”), a joint project of Lujiazui Financial City and CLPS Incorporation (the “Company” or “CLPS”) (Nasdaq: CLPS), was officially announced on April 26, 2023. The unveiling ceremony took place at Lujiazui Financial City’s Annual Fintech Symposium.
Talent is the primary resource to ensure the sustainable development of fintech industry. There has been a recent increase in investment and development efforts among fintech companies, as well as national policies that place a high priority on fintech talents. A number of issues, however, must be addressed urgently with the increasing demand, including the shortage of multifaceted fintech talents, and the creation of fintech talent training system.
As a result of extensive communication and discussion between Lujiazui Financial City and CLPS, the Center has been set up to solve the financial industry’s problems and promote digital transformation. It is dedicated to creating composite professionals who understand finance and IT, based on the actual needs of companies and related industries.
By combining CLPS’ extensive experience of talent customization in fintech services over the years, as well as Lujiazui Financial City’s world-class platform resources, the Center aims to develop a talent training ecosystem that includes a curriculum system, training environment, trainer lineup, project exercises, tracking and evaluation methodology. The entire talent supply chain involves recruiting, evaluating, training, reevaluation, and onboarding fintech talents. As a result, they will be able to gain advanced and comprehensive capabilities, including IT professional skills, financial business knowledge, standards and procedures, soft skills, and foreign language communication skills.
It is vital that the fintech talent training system meets industry development needs in terms of talent standards. In addition, the Center will offer more than 250 training courses covering information technology topics, general financial knowledge, and financial engineering, as well as cooperate with the government agencies, universities, private companies, and industry organizations, among other top-tier businesses and organizations. Furthermore, it will institute a globally recognized certification program, the Certified FinTech Analyst (CFTA), to ensure that talent training can keep pace with the rapid development of big data, cloud computing, AI, blockchain, and other industry-leading technologies in the ever evolving era of innovation.
