Founded in August 2005, CLPS is one of the first companies to introduce international advanced technologies and concepts into domestic financial information technology services in China. Over the past 15 years, CLPS has expanded its service network to clients in the global financial industry, including large financial institutions from the US, Europe, Australia and Hong Kong and their PRC-based IT centers.

2005: Created the Mainframe talent training system in finance
2006: Set up the core banking IT team for the R&D center of a global major bank in China
2009: Set up the credit card Vision Plus team to provide services for world-renowned bank credit card projects
2012: Broaden its clients base covering numerous foreign banks and their R&D centers in China, along with domestic large banks in China
2014: Expanded the business trajectory to the global Internet, e-commerce and payment industry, providing R&D and support services for world-renowned enterprises in this field
2015: Established CLPS Research Institute to independently develop the core banking system and credit card system
2016: Cooperated with Sanda University to establish “CLPS College”; cooperated with a number of large insurance groups; gained CMMI 5 certification
2018: Successfully listed on the NASDAQ market; acquired Infogain, a Singaporean company
2019: Invested in a financial big data company; acquired RiDiK, a Singaporean company, and integrated with Infogain, another Southeast Asian subsidiary
2020: Established a credit card service company and a US subsidiary; moved its global headquarters to Hong Kong to further implement global expansion strategy
Organization and Staff Distribution
Headquartered in Hong Kong SAR, China, CLPS has currently 18 delivery and R&D centers to serve different clients in various geographic locations. The delivery and R&D centers in China mainland are located in Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian, Tianjin, Baoding, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Suzhou, while the other eight international delivery and R&D centers are located in Hong Kong SAR, US, UK, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and India.
In terms of overall IT skills, CLPS maintains even distribution and relatively ample resources of talent pool with capabilities in Java, Cobol, quality control, and other cutting-edge technologies such as data analysis. These IT talents have also strong foundation in communicating in a foreign language and are familiar with international financial business.
