2017 CLPS Interns Training Kicks-Off Across China
As an integral part of CLPS’s talent creation program, the 2017 interns training kicks-off across China including Shanghai, Dalian, and Tianjin. Training courses consist of IT skills (Java, Mainframe, and C language), softskills, and English communication skills.
Upon completion of the above trainings, qualified interns will officially join CLPS in September. They will be deployed in various industries (foreign bank, financial services, and electronics) and will participate in project development and implementation.
Providing customized training has been one of the strongest reasons why CLPS produces competent talents since its founding more than a decade ago. Proof to this are the thousands of professionals the company has deployed to FinTech industry. They are all equipped with technical, communication, and soft skills expertise that made them more than ready to face the challenges the innovating IT world is giving them.
Partnership with universities is another part of CLPS’ s talent creation program. Sanda University- School of CLPS is a successful case utilizing the CLPS Virtual Bank Training System (CLB). It is an in-house banking system developed by CLPS as an innovative approach to train FinTech talents in line with enterprise actual requirements.
